North east London livery

Based in chingford and wondering if there’s any local (within 30mins) yards. Even happy for something really basic with services - our YM has handed in her notice and it’s all in question now! I’ve also been spoilt by paying £390pcm for 5 day livery, within hacking distance of our local competition yard, so am now stressing!

would like a ménage at the least!

Unfortunately I only knew of yards in NW London! I would post in South East regional board and potentially the Tack Room as they get more traffic Good luck!

When I lived that way the best yards were Woodlands on the sewardstone road, 2 outdoor 1 indoor school, good hacking turnout was ok, manor Farm in High Beech had a school and really good turnout, and there was amesburymead opposite woodlands don't know if that still there, there are quite a few others in High Beech but livery is quite expensive because the hacking is so good and really close to London, it's a lovely area though and you can't beat Epping forest for riding in.
