My farrier is absolutely fantastic but will soon be unable to do my horses due to personal reasons. He has suggested another one for the future (not yet though, he is still doing them) but I feel a bit nervous about using someone else as I trust my farrier completely!
I don't want to put the new farrier's name on an open forum, just in case, but I was wondering whether anyone could recommend one or tell me ones to stay away from? You can PM if you would prefer...
I have to be cautious because I will have a horse on loan, my own pregnant mare and then her foalie in the future, so I want to make sure that whoever I have is absolutely spot on!
