Northants Horse Trader / Thelwell

Am interested in reserving some of the Thelwell stuff (http://www.northantshorsetrader.co.uk/thelwell) from Northants Horse Trader but just wondered first if anyone has any experience of dealing with the site or business?

Site needing a bit of work + no business address + no registrant details on a whois check = more wary than usual...

The site owner Sarah is a friend of mine, and I can honestly say she is completely trustworthy. I have known her a number of years, and I know of no-one who has had any problems. I hope this helps.

Just as a pointer - by law, she'll need to add at least a company contact address as she's trading. There are people (i.e. potential customers!) out there who are wary of shopping even from multinationals’ and more well-known sites. I work in site management and online comms and I shop online all the time – so if I'm hesitating to use a site, I know it's for a reason

It’s really exciting to see new Thelwell merchandise and there’s a lot of other info available on the site. This is just a friendly heads-up and not meant to sound patronising to Sarah in any way but some of the site content is worth revisiting before the merchandise range properly launches (for red tape reasons as well as greater stats and orders!).
