I am desperately looking for two riding club type horses for clients. Can anyone recommend a "reputable" dealer in NI or not to far down over the border please?

I have been to a local dealer today and seen the most shameful sights - horses in appalling conditions, looking terrible - and the dealer wanting lots of money for them

i know where there is a very nice mare for sale, but she is sharp and hasnt done a lot, but is nice - i really rate her. pm me if you want more details

Thanks both of you, that is very useful. I'll get Vic's number off Colleen. Both of my people would be looking for something straightforward-ish, so I think a sharp mare might be too much for them - I'm trying to avoid buying them horses where I end up doing all the work

Derry/Donegal is fine, as I'm in Fermanagh, so the whole border area is sort of reachable really, so would be interested in your contacts there.

Thanks for the Sheans contact - they have a horse on there down as "sold" only I know they just bought it back (a muppet bought it) and I was wondering which dealer it was, so thank you for that!
