It looks like a version of the Dr Cook, I think, can't quite see what is going on underneath there.

I've never used one but reports are mixed, some say horses like that style, others don't. Depends on the horse.

At that price it isn't exactly going to break the bank if you buy it. If it doesn't suit you'd probably get most of your money back for it on eBay anyway.
 
That is where i just bought one from, the mare I ride has to have a wobberly wolf tooth out and can still be ridden but in a bitless bridle, will keep it even if she doesn't go well in it as they are always useful if they have a problem in their mouth :)
 
I have used Dr Cook bridle and still got one somewhere...got on fine with it...did everything that I did with a bit bridle...worth a go - even as a back-up
