I have to use a nose net when hacking Bodey though the summer as he hates the midges going up his nose and head shakes.

I currently use an Aerbourne one but even though it’s a full size it’s a bit narrow and only just covers his nostrils (he’s cob), and I find it slips. I do find the nose net really helps though!

So any ideas (price isn’t a problem)?
Thanks in advance, JoBo.

These arn't pretty admiteddly but work a treat, we use them a lot on the RS horses, some to stop them eating, some for midges, some for pollen. Work really well for all these uses!

I've found that home made nose nets are just as effective.

Velcro and a pair of cut up old tights, then you can make a made to measure one.

But not with fish nets, obviously (grin).

How???? I am having trouble finding one that fits my horse - do you put the entire leg over their whole nose and mouth so that thier nose goes into the foot?
