noseband for showing

I've just bought my boy a lovely Jeffries showing bridle with a 1.25 inch wide noseband . Although it looks a million times better than his old bridle I still don't think its wide enough for his face. I've had a trawl of the net but can't find anywhere which will sell a nose band which is a plain, flat cavesson which is at least 1.75 inches wide.

Any ideas? Suggestions?

He looks like my Ralph and I show him as a hunter and my nose band is 1" and looks fine on him. I would stick with that one, i've not noticed any wider ones in the ring

Fylde saddlery are great. I have a 1.5 inch noseband from there for my 13.3hh
