I do enjoy nosing at whats for sale and doing a bit of windowshopping Horsemart seem to have masses of searches down the side of the page and although I can see the use for some they do have a hell of a lot

horses by region
horses by category and there are 38 categories showing
horses by breed 64 breeds showing
horses by dealer (trade or private)
horses by height
horses by price
horses by gender
horses by colour 43 colours showing
horses by age
horses by video

I can see the purpose in wanting to limit the search to a certain area and if you have a set height gender or age range and price but how many people use that many choices of search? surely you would end up with no horses to see if you narrowed things down to the minutest degree. what would you be searching under if you were buying and is it really worth them having so many choices. And before anyone says anything yes I was bored and trying to kill some time :p

When I go horse window shopping, I find that narrowing it down is very useful and that you still end up with enough horses to look at to make it worthwhile. I don't want to look at Arabs when it's really Thoroughbreds and Hunter types that I want to look at.
