So fed up, I haven't ridden since friday because of the horrible weather, today is lovely and I'm stuck indoors waiting for the Sky man to come between 8 and 1

I have done loads of housework though, which really needed doing but I'd much rather be out on my horse!
 
The weather is a bit cr*p at the mo - it seems to be good during the week then rubbish at weekends - perfect for those of us who work during the week

I'm working from home today to wait for various people. Was intending to ride earlyish before I got started, but when I went up the field, it was frozen solid.

Have so far got extremely cold having a long conv with a chatty workman re guttering, & now my field's full of people measuring out for my manege!!!

Might sneak a ride when they've gone, but my mgr always seems to ring EXACTLY when I'm riding. I've tried putting my mobile in my pocket but last time it didn't get a signal while I was schooling up the field. He must have phoned just as I started, so it meant there was quite a suspicious gap before I rang him back!!
 
Same here! It's proving really difficult to get them out what with the rain, frost, dark mornings and nights and working full time! However, it is absolutely beautiful here now, so I'm slipping out of work at 3pm to go and ride.

Well I had a nice schooling session up the field from 2.30 til 3.15 inside the log surround that the manege people had erected.

Soooo fab to be riding without it being a) dark b) raining and c) freezing cold. Although a) and c) are already on the way & it's only 3.45.

Roll on spring!!
