Willow is on a ton of meds trying to treat congestive heart failure will give it a month of the meds we have then I think it will be that time. She's happy but still limping so think it's that time. I am giving her this chance but think it's that time. Unless of course she makes a miraculous recovery

So sad but you can give her a good lot of spoiling if she is on limited time. My old collie suffered from a vestibular attack and it was touch and go whether I made the call. Within 2 weeks she started to recover and after 5 months was almost back to normal . I had her for another 2 years and although she couldn’t do as much as before I think she was happy … hope your girl improves enough to have a good quality of life and you can keep her for a bit longer.. it’s never easy

It's heart-wrenching to know that if this doesn't work, that's it, the precious time you have together with them will be over. At the same time, you know you've given her a chance, and it's possible that it could work.

However it goes, as long as she's happy (most of the time), that's what really matters.
