Not horsey - Anyone else had trouble with crew clothing orders?

I am a very irritated customer! I was wondering if anyone else has had problems ordering off the crew website?

Last tuesday I ordered a jumper from them, and paid £8 for next day delivery. On friday the top still hadn't been dispatched so I rang customer services and was told it wasn't in stock - well it bloody had been when I'd ordered it! So I cancelled the delivery as they couldn't tell me when it would be in stock again. This monday I ordered the same jumper in a different colour - definately in stock this time! again paid for next day delivery and it turned up today - I had apparently missed the note which specified orders had to be made before 2pm that day.

The top which turned up however was a foul pink and blue, seriously it's disgusting. I am very annoyed as had been planning to wear it to a party tomorrow eve and now clearly can't for fear of making people sick. I'm sending it back but god! What a farce. Needless to say I won't be going back to crew for a while. For the money the service is awful (rang up to complain today and had a really sullen woman, even more annoying, and I couldn't even complain properly, I felt obliged to be polite! grr hence this post!)

So anyone else had this kind of problem with crew or any other websites?
