Not snobby Instructor/coach telford?

I ride for fun really hacking etc. but want to get a bit better and maybe have a go at a bit of dressage or showing, just basic stuff. My boy is just a little cob and we want an instructor to help build my confidence enough to go out and have a bit of fun. Any ideas? dont want to pay lots of money cos we arent about to go and ride at HOYS or anything lol. Telford area. Thanks

Ive just realised how rude that sounded! i had a bad experience with an instructor who was very judgmental and made me feel awful, like she was so much better than everyone else.... thats why i havent used one for a long time. just wanted to clarify!

Emma Bailey, EE instructor comes to Telford every once in a while, she is lovely and if anything I found she didn't push me enough. She also does NLP and complementary therapies which can help with confidence http://www.enlightenedequitation.com/teacher_findWM.htm

Elaine Scott Really rate her, whether you *really* want to progress or just want to see what you can do. She is happy to help anyone as much as they want but equally, has the opinion of why SHOULDN'T you be bloody good?! I love that She will travel to you or you can go to her. She's not at all bothered what horse you ride either but will help you get the best out of them.
I rate Emma also, but she is not in the area often & it depends how much direction/support you need/want. Emma is also great with in-hand work & confidence stuff, and has lots of alternatives up her sleeves! That said, Elaine is great at improving confidence also.
