Not sure we are doing this the right way round!!!

We put our house on the market yesterday, we are now wanting more of a village life.
Donovan is happy and settled at the livery yard we are at, so am I, also, the Yard owner allows us every year to hold a sponsered ride there in aid of Kent Air Ambulance, so I really dont want to leave.
So we are looking at houses local to the yard, which there are not many!!
Am I being silly restricting where we live because of our pony???

I just feel I couldnt ask our Y/O to allow this sponsered ride on her land if I wasnt a livery. I think thats my main problem in my mind anyway!

Ask your YO? I'm sure that she'd say yes if she has supported it for a while. Tell her you're looking for houses around the yard as you love it that much, but if nothing comes up and you had to move, would she still let you run the ride?
