I bought samba as a project in June, however then fell in love...
She's come on so well on the ground. She hacks out and nothing really phases her. She will canter with other horses but not on her own. In the school she will walk and trot a pop a small, pole but I genuinely feel she doesn't like it. After a while she just gets stuffy and nappy. I am going to find an instructor to ride her too see her from the ground. But I just don't think I'm enjoying her as much as I thought.
This weekend we are gonna start putting her back into harness as that is what she did before being a brood mare. And then sell her from there. Just feel soo guilty selling a horse I love so much but I want a riding horse I enjoy. What would you do? Think my deciding factor will be the instructor as although I love hacking I do want to school and jump. I know I won't get much for her but I won't replace her for a while gonna have some Toffee time for a bit.
