They get these animals for free from other unsuspecting people that think the animal is going to a good home and then they are sold at ridiculous prices. Take a minute or two and google the telephone numbers before deciding on contacting these scumbags, or search the number in "All Categories". These poor animals are usually young and don't need this horrible treatment.
If you are giving your pet away find out all you can. You may think they are going to loving homes only for these dealers to make easy money out of them. If you think it is suspicious then stay well clear. You have been warned.

Eveyone on HHO is now well informed re the rants of the AAD section re spivs. spenks, back street breeders, pet swap shop, dumbtree........we need to take the information forward CC......do u not know any hackers or summit that can put these messages as viruses into other random sites

Our local paper does have a paragraph at the top of the dogs section advising that people always see pups with their mother, not to collect a puppy from anywhere other than the breeder and if kc reg to ensure you are given all documentation, which is a start. However I was reading in Dog World this week that some people are now taking in litters from puppy farms, and selling them from private houses so they appear "home reared". Not sure how they explain mothers absence, or maybe they take her too. Then as soon as one litter all sold they collect another
