Nottingham trent university- brackenhurst college!

I was there 1995-2000 - it was loads of fun - what course are you doing?

Ooh, I must know you!! Lol.

Horses there then I can think of - Woody (well he was actually my horse I had there on working livery in my 2nd year! Lol), Comet, Dallas (RIP), Rebel, Rocky, Foxtrot - god, i can't think of the other's names - ooh Dempsey, a weedy little miserable TB who was actually fab to ride and had a great jump. Loved my time at Bracjk and Karaoke nights in The Crown in Southwell................................ sigh -- oh to be a student again! Lol

Are visi, puzzle and pluto still there? I was there 2003-06 on equine sports science degree

I'm going to be in my second year next year doing equine sports science.

Visi and pluto are still there (love pluto! like a giant teddy) and woody out of all the horses u have mentioned.
Also, Orca, Paddy, Angus, Tosca, Dicken, arthur, beamish, Harvey, Sparkey, Beau, blackberry, del, Rupert, Conan, Ellie, jonty (my favourite).

PLUS they have a brand new andalusian stallion who is GORGEOUS!!! he might be used in some lessons this year which would be amazing!

Who are the instructors there now? I wonder if any of the originals are there - there was Cherry Elvin, Ken and Jean Rogerson, Judy someone when I was there.

LadyT - who are you? :D

I owned Dallas (bless her). She left a soft spot for big black horses in my heart - can't get enough of them now!!!

Ah - Lucy! I am Tamsin! Was there with Nicky, Helen, Wellie, Matt etc - think you and Nicky were in the same house for a bit? Dallas was great - such a misery bit lovely to ride - so sad to hear what happened to her.

Pluto! That's the little one i was trying to think of - he was only 6 or something when I was there. I don't know the other names though. Maybe there was another Woody later on when I took mine home as he was only there for a year as a 6 yo. He's 20 now and still going strong! Brack did wonders for his flatwork i have to say - I think he really enjoyed himself there.

Yes, I remember you Tamsin, yes you're right, i lived with Nicky for a while. What are you doing with yourself these days? Do you work with horses or have a sensible job ? :)

I breed warmbloods...and children hehe

'Sensible job' essentially (insurance!) Not that exciting but means I can afford to keep the horses I guess. Still got Woody and my old pony Chancer (he was kept at Durdum (spl?)) for a term when i was there - p*ssed off a lot of the others as he needed to be in a paddock on his own as he wasn't very sociable shall we shal! Lol. Got myself a youngster last year - going to back him next spring/summer so that'll be fun!

The pics of your horses on your signature look very nice - looks like it's going well!
