Nottinghamshire folk....horsebox hire firms?

Any recomendations for above mentioned companies? Looking to take the ponies to a couple of shows later in the year and don't want the expense of buying a box for what will likely be only a couple of outings so will be looking to hire one for those occasions.

Anybody know of any that are reliable and whose boxes are as advertised?

I'm in Nottinghamshire and used Nottingham Horse Transport to move the pony to her new yard in September. They had a lovely horsebox, gave ponio a lovely smooth drive across to her new yard, turned up when they were supposed to and the guy was great (can't remember his name though!) and very patient with my pony who hasn't been in a horse box for a few years! Would recommend them, although I don't think they are the cheapest on the market.

Sleepingdragon10 are you after a trailer or lorry?? i am in Notts and in terms of a lorry think the nearest place for a self drive lorry is Chesterfield and it costs about £100 a day!! If you have something to tow off i have a trailer you are more than welcome to borrow.

CAN YOU TOW ??? if you book early appleyard trailers will lend you a new ifor/ richardson or bateson for £35 per day or £50 for a weekend with a £50 deposit ????
