Novice Horse Show 6th September - Chobham Surrey

I am organising a Novice Horse Show on the 6th September 2009
The show will be held at Willow Farm Stud in Chobham Surrey.
I am looking to create a nice friendly atmosphere at the show to encourage people to maybe have a go at classes they wouldnt normally.
Have hoards of specials for the triers and lots of nice rosettes for those that get placed and trophies for class winners.

Please if you are a serious competitor feel free to come along but join in the spirit of the show.

Showing classes aimed at the less serious showing peeps

and Showjumping from 1ft 9 to 2ft9 and including an Adults only 1ft6 with a special rosette to oldest combination!

the showing classes arent really for me and i dont jump :S maybe a ridden hack/ridding horse class, in hand hunter classes and in hand ridding horse/ridding hack classes might get more competitors

Black Horse - Would love to hold more showing classes but its so hard to get good judges for them and even harder to guarantee entries for the classes.
The show is really aimed at the novice horse or novice rider so the showing classes I have put in allow most people to have a go at showing in a nice relaxed environment.
If this show is a success we will build on the showing classes in the future.
Nothing to stop a hack or a hunter entering Best Allrounder Horse/Pony.

Best allrounder is ridden and the jump is optional.
and other class is best novice rider horse/pony.
this class will be judged on horse/pony suitability as a 1st horse for a novice rider. So calm sensible. May be asked to walk past spooky things.
