Now no grass - and no rain

I must be on one of the few green patches in England at the moment then as I have paddocks of lovely lush grass. Too much for my grey boy but my mare is looking fab. We have clay soil and had quite a bit of rain at the beginning of june and everything went sky high. Have also just collected my winter stock of hay, really nice meadow hay for £2.00 a bale. :-)
