I didn't get pictures of everybody. Useless aren't I?

There are pictures that have Spudlet, Gazey, Booboos, Blackcob, etc on....but not sure if they'd mind me posting them or not.
 
You've all seen my ugly mug IRL, I can't object too much if you post them. Unless you've managed to capture a truly hideous facial expression, but I wasn't drinking, so they can't be that bad. Right? :eek:

Aah poor Pookie, think he was at a disadvantage cos he arrived when a lot of the dogs were already there and charging round, they had the advantage of meeting each other in smaller numbers. He did relax for a while didn't he, then decided his first impression was probably right :D
 
I've added them to the end of the album.

I particularly like this one of Blackcob as she attempted to recall Dax with a bit of burger and managed to pull off a successful group recall that even Cesar would be proud of!

There are a couple of others on the album, but this does go to show that I was mainly interested in picturing the dogs and completely failed to get us to stand for a group shot. I failed miserably on that score and could kick myself now.

Attempted is the right word, it was slightly ill-advised - it wasn't even that nice a bit of burger, it was the burnt crusty bit I didn't want - apparently that is perfect greyhound and spangle bait. :eek: Note how I commanded the attention of every dog except for madam, whom you caught in perfect "Moooom, I was busy playing!" stance. :p

I've been thinking about it and I think I haven't done enough with him on his own. He did his puppy classes and intro obedience classes, but that was a while ago and included more training one to one than playing with a large group of dogs. When he goes on walks it's always with my other three and they are quite a self-contained group, they don't talk to other dogs that much, so I suppose he always feels safer with the others in his 'pack'.

He did calm down a little bit, but then he got very cold and was shivering so I had to pick him up which did not help matters much.

Oh well, I have to call all the neighbours and arrange dog parties for Pookie!

I must admit I did find it highly amusing that whilst all the others did perfect heel work when you were baiting them with burger, only Henry kept leaping up to try and take it from your hand. That's why I turned the camera on but he had stopped doing it by then. Typical. Was so comical.

Patches can you beleive you and I escaped the camera :D Mine haven't come out very well at all to be honest. Once I locate my lead, i'll put them on - anybody not want them on here?
 
YAY! I am pleased to hear that Mollichop. My "light golden brown" hair dye resembled something rather more gothic than that, so it's good to know my goth look won't be inflicted on others.

I know I was at times quite conscious of not taking unwanted pics of the members, but occasionally my snap happiness took over.

Yep I had a cut and colour on Saturday morning before I went to Shropshire :D

Just dashed home and switched on my laptop as the link was blocked at work, phew could have been worse I suppose :D
