NPS Membership - help please!

Evening,
What is the difference between a standard membership and a full membership? Can't find an answer on their website so emailed them and they replied almost instantly but just with a couple of bits out of the rulebook and I still don't get it!! Does anyone know? Thank you in advance!

You need full membership to qualify for any of their comepetions (Pictons / Opens / WHP finals etc). Also you get discounted entries at their shows.
