NS Universal - Lozenge Universal Gag-differences?!

Just been looking at the NS universal lozenge bits,need a bit more control when doing fast work- really wanted the verbindend aswel for schooling/flatwork on my cob, sadly can't afford the two!
however i have just found on ebay a
'Tongue Saver Lozenge Universal Gag' looks exactly the same as the ns universal but with the verbindend shaped mouth piece?!
