Numnah with pouch attached?

Teen 2 has seen a few children out who have quilted numnahs with a pouch attached. These are in the place of a sandwich bag attached to the saddle.

As Teen 2's saddle does not have the requisite D rings for the bag, she is keen to see if she can find one of these numnahs. Does anyone have any ideas? She is keen to increase the quantity of sweets as her jacket pockets just don't hold enough for her and her friends!
