Numpty Question re Hay

Bit of a numpty question but help would be appreciated.

Has anyone any idea what a 250kg round hay bale is equivalent to in rectangular bales. I am looking to source hay and it is a long time since I used round bales.

At present our horse gets through just over 2 rectangular bales a week. so how long do you think a 250kg round bale would last??

Bales vary widely but AFAIK they're about 20-25kg for a small rectangle bale, so a large round bale should approx a month.

if you only use 2 small bales a week that should last you a while. If I used small rectangular bales I would use 6 a week, a round bale lasts 3 weeks

Many thanks for the answers, It is sort of what I remember but the old grey cells diminish daily :-(
