Am I the only nut job that thinks they have to tidy up if a professional is coming to the yard?

I can't believe I spent that long sweeping and tidying and making my beds immaculate. I never normally care! I must be mad!

I'd like to think anyone could come at any time and I wouldn't be ashamed about how I keep my horse, however, I was seen giving everything an extra sweep and tidy last week before the massage lady came to see my horse!!!!

I don't think there is anything shameful about the way I keep my horses but I'm not exactly tidy either!

I'm utterly slovenly where it comes to sweeping back and putting away bridles. There were three left out today. I only have two horses!

I don't worry about the vets. One of them keeps her ponies on the yard anyway and the other two I see so often they're more like friends than professionals (horrible TB horse!!!)

I have physio coming in an hour, unfortunately, the yard is a bit messy due to a very busy day yesterday. Usually, I do exactly the same as you - have everywhere looking super organised.
