Nutrition dissertation (Again)

Hi everyone, my name is Rosie Tooley. I posted a few weeks ago about my questionnaire for my dissertation and had a fantastic response I just need another 65 full responses!! Just completed it (although I don't think it submitted my answers as I got an error message at the end)
There is a problem with questions 44 and 45 - you need to be able to pick more than 1 answer (eg I read 2 of the listed magazines) but it only lets you pick one of the listed answers at a time.
