Won't let me past first page. Apparently my comment on Q9 is in an invalid format?

Q12 I wanted to put 'none' or be given a box to insert my own answer.
Qs 15, 17, 18 I can't answer off the top of my head, I don't want to make a wrong guess but there is no option to say 'don't know'.

Needed to select various options for where I get feeding advice from, as I don't just go to one source, don't want to give just one answer is it will skew your results.

You might want to check the spelling on your survey too, smileysharp.
