Nuumed mumnah fastening!

Now I'm probably being very stupid, and please be kind when you tell me so, but how am I suppose to fasten my dressage numnah if it has incredibly short top straps?

I'd always thought the straps went behind the girth straps then folded back over themselves to be held in position. These straps however are incredibly short - they barely REACH the girth straps even when unfolded never mind go round and back again.

Anyone with any bright ideas or have I bought a pup?

These ones with the very short straps attatch to the D-rings My dressage numnahs are the same I think it helps to keep the numnah high up in the saddle gullet.

Ditto this. I don't like them as you can't use a breastplate with them as there is no room to attach to the D rings!

I much prefer the fastening to the D-rings, and I manage to get my martingale straps through too!
