NW London livery

Calling North Londoners (posting in here as there seem to be more regular viewers here),

Apologies in advance as I know this is a subject which has come up in the past, but can anyone recommend livery yards in / close to NW London. I'm looking for part-livery, or at least DIY with assistance, must have turn-out summer and winter and an all-weather school. Ideally should have good hacking and allow my instructor on site. From looking through old posts close options seem to be:
LEC & Frith manor - poor hacking and no outside instructors allowed
Mote End - too expensive
Cowley hill
Little Munden
Smug Oak
Nicoll Farm Stables
Caldecot Stables

Any suggestions / opinions before I start calling around?? Good or bad (knowing what to avoid is as important!) PMs welcome.

Hill Farm-part or full livery only, excellent yard manager, fab outdoor school, backs onto miles of hacking (water meadows), busy.

Stanmore Riding School does DIY, assisted or part/full livery, outdoor school, lunge pen, 30 acres on site hacking, school busy with lessons at weekends.
