If it's the property I think it is then it's been a financial graveyard for a few people in the past. Shedloads of cash spent on it and lots of facilities and house, etc - but never makes any money to cover the outlay.......(or these days the business rates !!)

Because the owner of Coldicote has pulled out and sold her horses onto NZEVENTER who was the yard manager. they have also changed the name of the same horses. All dodgy if you ask me such a nice yard as well. Well the yard itself costs 4k a month!
