Oh and i am sure that defras "waste of space equine passport" will help (NOT !) poor poor animals - and as for the RSPCA - i called them once when i was in Wales after watching horses "swallow stones" - oh the RSPCA man knew all about them and they were fine - and i was just a townie who knew nothing
