As if I hadn't been twitching enough about my horse today, I get up this evening to find him all by himself in one of the geldings grazing fields hoovering up old brown curled up oak leaves and bits of twig. Horses...who'd have them?! Reckon he's been plotting all day what next he can make me stress about. Have already googled myself into a state of ridiculous anxiety about how many oak leaves is a small amount and how many is a lot and can cause problems. Anyway, he's in and I stayed at the yard for an hour and a half just to check everything passing through OK and all seems fine and normal. He's off a hill so hopefully he's got enough sense not to overdo it. I have to go and lie down now...pass me the whisky bottle please..
