does anyone know either of the above??

i bought some pikeur breeches as vast expense from Oakbury uk

but they were too big - so i sent them back special delivery plus added insurance (as they were expensive and i didn't want RM loosing them)

but i've had no reponse since - and their number is now coming up as a dead tone...

have i just lost £130????

is there anything i can do about it??

update - their emails and phone was not working - but all's good and i'm getting the smaller size sent

it wasn't thier fault so i thought i'd better update this they were v appologetic that everything was not working and were wondering why it was so quiet lol!

i'd also say - they've got some good deals on some of their pikeurs at the mo = worth a look if you need some

I was about to post and say i used them a couple of times and have always had really good service. I have had 2 pairs of pikeur jods from them, cheaper than i could find anywhere else and they have thrown in a free pair of pikeur socks each time.
