I think it was for sale not long ago. I drove past it recently. It is close to Glanmire stables. Location is very good in terms of hacking into Epsom Common. That's all I can say. There is also a Polo center nearby (not sure if they have competition there or not). I don't think you can safely cross the road to hack into Horton Park but you should have plenty with Epsom Common.
Thanks that's good info as I just looked on the map and thought Horton Park was good. Also apparently they no longer have a school so combining the two I think it's a no no.
