Oat Straw near Frome, Somerset

I want to bulk out my pony's haynet with oat straw but am struggling with where to find some.
Anyone know of anywhere I can get small bale oat straw near Frome?

I haven't managed to find a supplier around here so just use the chopped oat straw you can get online
