Obsessive Lab?

My OH has a black lab whos un-neutered and nearly 3 years old.
Unfortunately, I think the dog (Robbie) loves me, to the point wheres he acts obsessed

!
He'll sit opposite me and thats okay, but its not okay when he sits there and stares at me, for an hour without moving

He's trying to mount me which hes never done to anyone before (he gets ignored when he does this and I walk away)
At the minute hes lying next to me, trying to lick me and staring adoringly at me.
He whinges when I leave the room and I don't know what to do now.
I can't actually move around OH's house without the dog being there, staring at me!
Help! lol

I suggest some cheese wire and some breeze blocks

You don't have food on you when he does this - the only times I get that level of attention from our lab I have food in my hand - move the food, and the loving gaze follows!

Don't have food on me usually, when i do, I get drool (yuck) and i get the loving gaze too.
At the minutes he still lying at my feet, staring at me lol
