Off to the vets tomo... :(

I have a springer x King Charles she's 8 years old and was a rescue dog 7 years ago and she has since become a huge part of our family.. We have had problems with her sides swelling and vet has done bloods nothing came of it.. Then they said she was allergic to the atmosphere...that's helpful !! She was put on steroids for a few weeks but I'm not happy about it.. She has become really anxious and shaking all the time...she's sleeping non stop and has started growling when you run her tummy :-( also she has started to poo and wee in the house and has never ever done this in 7 years she has been with us. I'm taking her to vet tomorrow to get answers.. Just wanted to know if any of you guys have experienced this ?? Just so i have suggestions for vet One other thing is she's picking at her food rather than eating it normally ..x
 
Yes she was spayed about 5 years ago ... I just want her better shes getting gradually worse as the vet keeps saying try this and try that but she's so grumpy and not herself :(
 
Allergic to the atmosphere?....

TBH if the bloods are fine then I would expect the next step to be ultrasound/x-rays. Or get a second opinion.
 
You know your own dog ,don't let vets talk u into spending unnecessarily money
If not happy get second opinion they can't let ya dog keep on suffering
My dog bloods came back normal a few mths back ( I no pyrometra is hard to detect esp not showing norm signs ) and she gets so nervous n shake n tenses up at vets , but on the day I took her as she was off food the scan confirm pyro n operated that afternoon ( I no your bitch is spayed so can't b this )
