Well my offer for Beautiful Obsession has been accepted

So now all I am waiting for is the current owner to let me know when the vet is coming for the vetting and X-rays.

We will be going down to be present at the vetting and if she passes clear and the x-rays are fine we will load her up and bring her home.

I hate this bit

Anyhow here are some gratuitous pictures of Madam, her stable name is beauti, or Ugli as my lovely OH has nick-named her and she is an American Quarter Horse of the old type and built like a Sherman Tank

Vardi is doing cracking in the UK so much so that my friend is saying scrap the exercise Livery he can go onto a light (experienced riders only!) working livery and she already has people wanting to loan him.

I have some great pics of him being ridden on Facebook so will see if I can get them across here.

I have no idea what happened to him on that boat but my lovable scatty baby appears to have been abducted by aliens and been replaced by a sensible young man with "Dope on a Rope" tendancies

Thanks she is a bit gorgeous! Vardi will approve as he will get his very own Ladee!!

I have posted a thread with his UK photos on it, he looks fab!

May work with yours certainly has for him, unless of course he thought he was bound for the sausage factory in Italy and this is sheer relief:-)

Well the powers that be are raving about the breeding dad was a German Champion Pleasure horse and Mum a German Reiner, Madam hated reining though as it was all a bit too fast for her! She has had a successful Halter career so far.

As soon as I have the piece of paper in my Sticky Mitt I will let you know.

She is a stunner! Good luck with the vetting, I hate this bit of horse buying, anxiously awaiting a positive outcome from the vet.
