oh and more accidents... but snow this time

a livery fell over and broke her wrist
my OH car is stuck in a verge; he went slightly up a kirb and it skidded and is in the verge
hardly got out of his village

he had just had it serviced with 4 new tyres that give better traction; cost a bomb
he cant get to his car to get it out, his steering is completly messed up!!!!

just a little warning to everyone lol... stay safe

Ouch one of the grooms fell over whilst carrying two water buckets, que them going all over her and the other grooms that saw PMSL (well themselves) hehe... fortunatley she is ok just taking a few days off to recover because apparantly she bruised her hip in the fall... diddums

Stepped out of my front door this morning, door mat frozen solid que both feet flying up in the air closely followed by the rest of me, bashed arm on the metal door frame. Thought I had broken it but fortunalty just bad bruising. Pants start to the day, but gave the postman a good laugh as he was just sliding up the drive!

i peeled an oap off the floor this morn. just driving home and saw him on the floor struggling to get up so stopped (eventually after sliding for 2 metres) and gave him a hand. i said to him, have you hurt yourself. he replied, oh no dear just my pride =D bless. he was very thankfull!! gave him his walking stick and bag and he went on his way! did my good deed for the day =D

mine was pride related..... letting the dogs out through the conservatory.... only to get deluged by snow from the roof...!

oh i went to get mums wellies out of the car, and as i opened the boot the snow fell in her boots; and she had a major go at me!!!

Mum works as a radiographer with A&E and has literally only had wrists and hips coming in from where people have fallen. She was rushed off her feet and the hospital is overflowing- surgeries are working at nearly triple speed and they usually go pretty fast!

Had Little Lad out yesterday for a troll round the school to stretch his legs. He was such a plank! The only one to hoon around (so rude is the lad), and he paid for it by going flat on his side. No damaged bits, other than his pride I think.

So far, have managed to stay upright, despite various horses best efforts!
