Just said to daughter, if only I didn't have to go to work, and she didn't have to go to school, I would snap her up, school her on etc
 
Poor mare, at that price she is open to a very unsavoury market.

Just because people say they are selling her due to the monetary climate it doesn't actually mean that they are. It used to be common place to say for sale due to uni, then it went through a phase of for sale due to ill health.

Edited to add, her feet and legs look a little mis-aligned.
 
The pic is dreadful so you cant really see any conformation faults I buy and sell a little and backed and turned away not ridden at this age at the moment, no ridden pics you have to wonder if there was a backing problem.
