Just called up about a horse for sale and agreed to go and see him tomorrow. Only afterwards did I check the name of the guy selling and searched for him on here - Rikki Gredley. After reading a few opinions, I'm now feeling very silly and I'm not sure if I should go. Would love to hear anyone's thoughts, is it worth having a quick look anyway or will I be wasting my time? Please PM if it's something you can't post. Thanks!

If it's a nice horse, it can't hurt to have a look? Especially if it's not too far.

I bought a very nice horse (the one in my avatar) from a *very* dodgy dealer (didn't realise at the time) & I had an absolutely brilliant 4 1/2 years with him.

Just make sure you get it vetted!

Buyer beware really - go and see and if it doesn't feel right (either horse or human) then walk away.

The law of averages means that he will at some time get decent horses, but take someone experienced with you and if you see one you like, please make sure you get it vetted. good luck xx

wont hurt to go and have a look if you are localish but i wouldnt travel hours to go and look at it
