My friend came round today to discuss my dressage plans. I didnt know i had any. Anyway discuss taking the spanish boy but after our set back thats not going to happen. so she forced me to take my WB hes useless came from a long line of dressage horses put missed him out thats for sure. Last time i held my head in shame loose rein walk was sideward canter the trot was cantering on the spot and centreline was run as fast as possible at the judges car and as for staying in the ring he thought the poles were for jumping so hops in and out the poles what have i done. Not only that im taking my TB as well im doomed good job i never go to win My WB events and my TB showjumps neither have done dressage for years as they are both rubbish and im not great at it either I might take my cob aleast he can do a decent test.

Sounds like your horses are telling you, they want different careers,go with it and let you and them enjoy themselves, think about it just because your parents might both be doctors, doesn't mean you will be,you could hate the sight of blood and people:D:D:D

Well i have 3 ponies no 1= sons 14hh ja pony who is beautifully schooled and very balanced but when i ride her i have her ears up my nose :D and no 2= my old boy whos a retired showjumper who likes to buck :D and no 3= my daughters pride and joy Poppy the little welshie (11hh) so good for you for having a go as i would love to :D

I havent competed for two years money and that new project of mine Wb has always had very bad scores dressage crosscountry he amazing showjumping is a bit iffiy. I took him 18 months ago to local dressage wont say anymore on the matter. My TB came to me as a rearer and finds dressage a bit restraining but he jumps brillant and my old cob he twenty but he still give me a better test than the other two put together. Might have to squirt him with a bit of WD40 though And fionam12 if you want to take any of these horses of my hands except my cob help yourself. My friend has decided i got to get of my sorry bum and start competing again as all my time been spent with the project.
