God, this is getting sooooo boring (and frustrating and worrying and and and...) Apologies in advance.
Right... it seems PF and I might be moving yards AGAIN. Not back to old yard, but to Former Instructor's yard which is totally out of my way

Current yard has become FAR too expensive rather suddenly. THAT added to YO's sudden (!) decision to take all sand out of school, lay some earth or something and then put sand back... not much bl**dy point in having a school if noone can bl**dy use it.
I WAS thinking about going back to very cheap Old Yard, but it's far too much of a strain with all the awful people who keep their horses there. I don't know how much longer I'll be allowed to teach as (without meaning to sound too melodramatic) someone is definitely out to 'get me' (He of the electric fencing across the school, who is also of the kicking mare I had a slanging match with

once ) the YM, who was a staunch supporter of mine, has been caught playing away and his wife has kicked him out... so the lunatics are effectively running the asylum.
Former Instructor has informed me that there is stabling available and I can move whenever I like... His yard is 33% cheaper than Current Yard!

Well, if your current 'new' yard is too expensive, and your 'old' yard is run by lunatics out to get you

- all you can do is move again. And FI's yard looks lovely if it's the one you did the website for?

I know you said that you had come to an arrangement (or agreement) with the grooms where you are now, but it still didn't seem that you were comfortable there.

What a complete nightmare it is for you. And the standard of yards would seriously depress me, as I have been spoilt, I am well aware. But if PF is happy and not upset by the moves and difficulties, that is the main thing. Such a shame you can't take Antifaz with you, though.

It IS depressing that people accept such a crap level of care- by this I particularly mean yucky, smelly beds!! Grooms at new yard now understand what I want but it's too dictatory and it really p:sses me off when I get told I can't use the school.
I expect new yard (yes, it is the one I made the website for!) will make me whinge too, but I really can't afford to stay at current yard and it'll be nice to be allowed to tack up my own horse again! I suppose I'll just have to be very demanding for a few weeks ... The only relief in the whole situation is that PF is taking it all in her stride and seems to look forward to meeting new chaps!!!

((hugs))

I think you def need to move, to a new yard!

You know if you started writing this down you could sell it as a horsey soap drama, and buy you own yard with all the dosh you will make!
