You may remember last year me posting about someone I know breeding a mini schnauzer even though it was only about 18months maximum.

Well, the bitch has had a second litter of pups 3 weeks or so ago

She had her first litter in October last year

They are only in it for the money. Poor schnauze. In her first litter she only had two, I believe there is 4 in this one.

Are there not laws now to stop people doing what amounts to domestic puppy farming? I thought there were rules about the amount of litters per year etc
