I just left Gypsie’s advent calendar in the field while I went to turn the tap on and I came back to her having opened all the doors and eaten the treats! Some of the doors were missing and it was wrapped in little foil at the top of the slots! If she ate these will she be okay?!

Our mini daschund ate all the chocolate treats including wrappings it could reach of the Christmas tree once, she had glittery poo for days.

My New Forest at the plastic bag that had carrots in, he left the carrots! He bit a friend who tried to save it as it disappeared into his mouth .It made an appearance a few days later, yard owner sent me a picture. (Vet had been informed, said keep an eye on him)

One of our riding school NFs did the same (except he ate the carrots as well). Same vet advice and exactly the same outcome!

Our dog once ate our son's whole advent calendar, one with pockets with a small bar of chocolate in each. Ate the wrappers as well, she was fine thank goodness. She had never touched anything before and didn't ever again. Lived until she was 16 so did no harm.

My last lurcher Lil once ate the kids lunch sandwiches complete with the sandwich bag.
A few days later when i was (ironically) poo picking the fields she came hareing down the field with a panicked look on her face, it wasnt until she did a loop of me that i saw why, she had been having a poop and had a sandwich bag hanging out of her bum and she was not happy about it. Friend had to contact all the people she had given truffles to. Her 3yearold(child) had taken some out of boxes tried them and spat them back into boxes. We were the recipient of one box and you would never have known the box had been opened until you saw the sucked truffle
