Every time I've been to our local horse dealer to look at horses with friends he's stood on their backs. We've even told him not to bother because it doesn't prove anything, but he still does it, every time.

If it's such a good horse then why has she got such a long schooling whip in her hand? And if it's safe and not forward going then why a Dutch gag?

Another thing, liver chestnut highland ponies have silver manes and tails, doesn't look too much like a highland pony to me but I could be wrong.

I don't think there is anything wrong with standing on a horses back, using the proper equipment as you will probably break your saddle, but I don't think putting it in an ad for your horse will impress potential buyers....
