Tonights news had yet another poor little lurcher left overnight tied to a tree and starving, what's wrong with these disgusting people

My cousin's just put up on Facebook that she found a staffie tied to a tree in Willenhall ... why do people do things like that? I know it's because they just don't give a **** but it's totally vile.

Was this in Shropshire Maisie? Poor dogs, FGS if people don't want their dogs the least they could do is hand them in to one of the charities.

I wasn't concentrating on the news to start with but I'm sure it was near Birmingham and has been taken to the RSPCA. How could anyone do that in decent weather let alone in -5 !!!!
