Oh no oh no oh no

That was Otto's old trick, he used to be running towards you, almost to your feet, so close that the 'good boy' would be forming on your lips, then wooooooooooosh past

That was back in the days of having to rugby tackle him to get him back on the lead, before Mr Long Line became our friend!
He hasn't done it since then, and better not think about making it a regular feature!

Bloody damp, cold weather, it turns him into a raving loony!

Henry's is 'Coming, coming, coming, coming, OOOHHH what's that SMELL?' and veering off into the hedge

Although touch wood he was much better at lunchtime again, I am being more demanding as well about instant response. If he dawdles back he still gets his reward but then he goes back on the lead for a bit. We are also deliberately walking much further on the lead at the start of the walk so he is a bit calmer by the time the off lead bit comes, and less likely to hoon off at high speed.

Was very proud of his hedge hunting as well

Hen, I'm sure I've said it before but that Otto is too damn clever by half!
