hehe, after watching that mounted police unit programme-they seem to take on ones that need lots of training! Think they like to train them how they like them to be? so don't panick! They appear to be very well looked after I have to say.

lol i had the police come look at one of ours a couple of years ago they were lovely (didn't have him cause he dishes slightly) but three of them came out i felt nervous too but they were soo nice good luck

which force is coming to see him ?
Dont worry they only really look for how quiet they are, with a nice temp, and will hack out quitely on roads.
They will do all the walking over bodies and plastic sheets and stuff like that in there training they dont really expect you to have done all that with him.

thanks all, and thanks big bud saw your post about the police horse comp at aintree, bit of a coincidence!!

I've mostly been working him in the school recently getting him ready for sale, so will have a quick hack today and tomorrow, remind him that bins dont bite

but he is an excellent hack and on the roads so I'm confident there.

They're coming on thurs aft. fingers crossed for me, i think he'll really enjoy if he "gets in"

I had the police out to see my boy earlier, he was good they seemed to like him, they are going looking at others and then bringing 4 back, He walked over some sheet that was on the floor and they was impressed with that I think,

I was nervous at first wondering what they wanted to see but just want to see how he is etc.

It was manchester I think, Got mersey side coming next week to see him

He even walked over a big sheet of paper that had blown in the menage so the lady walked over and he put his foot straight on and his back on and walked off not even bothered.
