Help me please..... I am still so undecided on this beach trip which is now in a couple of weeks time.
I did decide to bite the bullet and put my name down to take my horse. My last thread on this had lots of mixed reviews, so I went with the go to the beach prognosis.
However, I am now not so sure as last week I put my back out (lumbar sciatica) and am on lots of tablets and strict no riding or much else really by the doctor. The beach trip falls one day after my two week ban, so horse will not of been ridden for in fact nearly 3 weeks due to sick children and bad back.
I am now not so sure whether to go as he will be more excited then usual and I'm not sure after not riding with bad back I would have the strength to fight him for a whole day. Seems more of a stressful event than fun at the mo. However, I have so many people (non horsey) butting in saying I will regret not going, horse will love it etc etc. I would love to go, but not sure its the right time with all things considered. Its not cheap, so would really want to enjoy it! Also don't want it to all go wrong and I regret it. But what if I don't get the chance to go again and do regret it? Please please talk soime sense into me, and tell me what you would do???
